Summer Neighborhood Camp News!!!
Neighborhood Camp was GREAT! Here is a recap of all the fun! The first week we will be having some Cold Winter Fun. We will be making blankets and donating them to HALO. Then we will be making snow globes. Oh, what fun! On Thursday, we will be going ice skating at the Ice Plex in Pleasant Prairie. The second week we will be making Games. The first game will be a pizza game. Then we will be making a travel tic-tac-toe game. After that, we will help out at a carnival for St. Paul's Neighborhood Center! What fun! During the third, and final, week we will be exploring the Tropics. What a hot time! We will walk to the Racine Zoo on Monday, we will be making crafts, and we can't forget to cool off on Water Day Wednesday! Thursday, we will go to Kids Cove at North Beach. Then it will be back to Camp for our program with our families. With all of this going on we will still manage to have time to have more fun inside with singing, playing games, God Time, and crafts. then we're off to the outdoors to have some fun in the sun, drawing with chalk, playing water games, and just having FUN! (Donations to the Racine ELCA Neighborhood Camp are accepted and greatly appreciated!)
